How do I connect SubTidy to ChatGPT or Codex?: Install the SubTidy plugin from the plugin directory, then approve access when SubTidy's consent screen appears. You'll be asked to sign in to SubTidy first if you aren't already.
What can the plugin do with my account?: It can read your subscriptions, renewals and spend, add or update subscriptions, and look up cheaper alternatives. It cannot change billing or account settings.
How do I disconnect ChatGPT or Codex?: Remove the plugin in ChatGPT or Codex. To revoke SubTidy-side access as well, contact support and we'll revoke the grant for you.
I approved access but the app says it couldn't connect.: Authorization requests expire after a few minutes. Start the connection again from the app and approve within that window.
